1. Serial & module verification
Every Casio has a serial number and module number. We record these per unit and share them so you can cross-check with Casio or authorized sources before and after delivery.
2. Original packaging
Factory box, hang tags, manuals and warranty card (where applicable). No repacks, no resealed goods passed off as brand-new.
3. Pre-shipment photos
We photograph your exact batch before dispatch — so what you approve is what ships.
4. No mixed batches
We explicitly reject the common "80% genuine / 20% not" offers. If we can't verify a source, we don't sell it.

How to verify a Casio yourself
- Check the module number (4 digits on the caseback) matches the reference.
- Check the serial number and manufacture date code.
- Verify the LCD / display quality and the Casio logo finish.
- Compare weight, caseback engraving and packaging against official references.
